Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any content without legal permission from the owner is strictly prohibited. You warrant that any product purchased via this site won’t be copyrighted until and unless you have explicit permission from the owner.
By placing an order on this site, you confirm that you possess all necessary permissions, rights, and authority. You agree to offer correct information for seamless delivery of your order. You also warrant that you are of legal age when placing an order and can present yourself in judicial settings if needed.
Additionally, you authorize CustomPrintedBoxez to begin production of the requested products on your behalf. We will take legal action in case of any misuse of this site. You also agree to the Privacy Policy featured on the respective page and allow us to use your personal information in accordance with the terms specified in that policy.
We don’t monitor the content posted on this website. However, if you find anything misleading or offensive, you must report it to us. We will take appropriate action.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer Content
Your provided designs and artworks must be in CMYK format with a minimum resolution 300DPI. This requirement will ensure quality maintenance; otherwise, CustomPrintedBoxez won’t be responsible for printing errors. These may include printing that’s blurred-out or different from the one you wanted.
Any graphics, images, text, or material incorporated into the product is the customer’s sole responsibility.
CustomPrintedBoxez reserves the right to decline orders for illegal products or those that violate third parties. The client accepts all liabilities after placing an order for products crafted in the client’s direction. Moreover, we won’t print anything indecent, abusive, or offensive.
CustomPrintedBoxez has the right to preserve or disclose content if needed in legal settings or when disclosure is necessary. For instance, in the case of:
- Any conflict with other clients
- Enforce copyrights
- Comply with legal processes
- Address claims that the content violates the rights of third parties
- Protect the property, personal safety, and rights of CustomPrintedBoxez, its users, and the public
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and defend CustomPrintedBoxez and all affiliated parties against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or
- Any claim, lawsuit, or demand arising from or related to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you added to the products that were not part of the standard content on the site.
Order Processing and Policies
Payment, Order Processing, Cancellations
All the prices on this site are in USD or US Dollars. CustomPrintedBoxez begins processing your order and initiating production as soon as you pay for it via an authenticated payment channel.
You must submit properly and accurately filled forms for products and services in either soft or hard form. Our team will strictly follow your designs. No changes will be made to the design or order requirements once the printing task has been sent to the press. However, you can cancel the order within 4 hours after proof approval. But cancellation will cost you 20% of the total payment for the order. You can cancel orders after 24 hours and get a 50% refund. With these deductions, CustomPrintedBoxez will compensate for any wasted efforts or resources.
You can’t cancel orders when they have been shipped or if the order experiences a delay due to circumstances beyond our control. The same goes for potential delays in the shipping process.
Printing
CustomPrintedBoxez reserves the right to use any printing technique they find suitable for your order. If you have any special requirements, inform us beforehand. CustomPrintedBoxez is not responsible for any issues in printing caused by the provided designs, such as spelling, punctuation, or grammar errors. So, ensure that you carefully proofread the final layout before it’s sent to the press.
Materials
Please note that the card/paper stock used in our default production setting is not food grade. If you want your packaging to be food grade, please inform us beforehand.
Overruns and Underruns in the Order Quantity
At CustomPrintedBoxez, we deliver the exact number of products ordered by our clients; however, there is a chance of 5% overruns or underruns. If you need the exact quantity, please order 10% over the required quantity to avoid any issues.
Quality Control
Color Accuracy and Proofs
Before placing your order, you will be asked to fill out a form for the products and services. Please fill it out carefully, as it will outline exactly what you want us to do. Make sure to proofread the job specification sheet and final artwork before giving your approval. Once you approve the order, we will send it to the press. It is your responsibility to ensure there are no grammatical, graphical, or otherwise errors. CustomPrintedBoxez will not be responsible for any requirements outside the scope of the specification sheet.
Our team doesn’t guarantee color accuracy and density; screen proofs only determine basic design layout, image proportion, text accuracy, and placement. We take colors from your design and artwork, but there’s no guarantee that the color will come up the same due to potential printing imitations. We try our best to match the gradient density in duotone.
By placing the order, you acknowledge that CustomPrintedBoxez won’t be responsible for color inaccuracies in the final product. We won’t handle any sort of reprints for such color alterations caused by system limitations. Color accuracy is guaranteed only if the customer requests hard proof before final printing. Please note that CustomPrintedBoxez charges an additional fee for hard proofs.
Lamination significantly affects the color of the final printed packaging. Thus, CustomPrintedBoxez is not responsible for the appearance of laminated products.
No Liability for Errors
CustomPrintedBoxez won’t be responsible for errors in the final products, including but not limited to:
- Overprinting
- Die lines, cropping marks, or cracks in folds
- Incorrect font usage, graphic placement, or orientation
- Finished product size
Note that all our products are shipped flat and preassembled.
Shipping and Delivery
Order Production, Shipping, and Delivery
CustomPrintedBoxez informs customers about the expected order completion and delivery time after they place an order. If an order is required urgently, customers must inform us beforehand. Moreover, urgent orders will have additional charges depending on the quality and nature of the product.
There will be no shipping charges, and the shipping process is entirely the concern of CustomPrintedBoxez. You only need to pay for the products and services specified in the final agreement.
Our team offers excellent services to ensure each order is produced and shipped within the finalized time span. However, we are not accountable or responsible for any delays in the delivery process due to unforeseen circumstances. These may include custom issues, delays from the shipping company, unexpected weather conditions, technical difficulties, or any other circumstance beyond our control. Shipping time is determined based on supplier estimates and past order history. If you experience delays in urgent order delivery, an expedited fee will be waived where applicable.
If your order is to be delivered outside the United States, you will be responsible for shipping charges and customs duty payments. Moreover, any issues in customs clearance are also your responsibility.
Returns and Refunds
You must contact our support team within two business days of receiving the order if there are any faults in the products. In case of a printing fault, we will reprint the entire order for you without additional charges, but no refund can be initiated. Though our dedicated teams perform robust quality checks on the product, it’s your responsibility to reach out to our customer support team with a photo of the defect within seven days.
To qualify for reprinting, at least 99% of the products must be returned within 10 business days of delivery. Please note that additional charges for urgent orders are non-refundable.
Liability and Warranty

We are not liable for the amount you paid for the requested service or order.
CustomPrintedBoxez and its partners, suppliers, or employees are not responsible for any special or unexpected damages, including data loss, profits, or service interruptions. This applies even if we were warned about potential issues. We are also not liable for problems caused by errors, delays, viruses, or service failures when using our site or if we cannot provide the products or services you ordered. We are not responsible for any damages or consequences that result from your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.
Warranty Disclaimer
The content on this site and the site itself are provided “as is” without any warranties, either implied or expressed, including but not limited to warranties of non-infringement, fitness in a particular case, or merchantability. Our site may also feature links and references to independent companies’ services or products. All these references and links are offered “as is” without warranties, expressed or implied. You accept that the operations on this site might be interrupted or face errors.
